What OpenClaw does with Salesforce | CRM

5 automation capabilities

Create leads and contacts from any channel

New form fill, WhatsApp message, or inbound email? OpenClaw creates the Salesforce Lead or Contact with all the right fields mapped — including custom fields — without any manual data entry.

Advance opportunities from a chat message

Tell OpenClaw to move a deal to the next stage, update the close date, and log a task — all in one message. No clicking through Salesforce Lightning to update three fields.

Log activities from external tools automatically

After a Calendly call or a Zoom meeting, OpenClaw logs a Task or Event on the right Salesforce record with notes attached. Your reps see full history without entering a single thing manually.

Pull pipeline reports on demand

Ask OpenClaw for a pipeline snapshot — by stage, by rep, or by close date — and it queries Salesforce and delivers a formatted summary to Slack. No reports to configure, no dashboards to check.

Mass-update records with a single command

Reassign a whole rep's book of business, bulk-update a field across 500 leads, or clean up stale records — by messaging OpenClaw. It batches the updates in the background and tells you when it's done.

How simple is it?

Just tell OpenClaw what you need

You message OpenClaw:

Pull all Salesforce opportunities in the Proposal stage that haven't been updated in 7+ days, and send me the list with owner names in Slack

No workflow builder. No API docs. No configuration UI. Just plain English.
