These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Ascendily LLC, a company registered in the United States (“we,” “us,” “our”), operating under the brand name The Operator Vault.

We currently offer the following products:

• —OpenClaw Workshop — $19 (one-time): A guided setup session designed to get OpenClaw running and your first workflow live in under two hours. Purchase grants lifetime access to the workshop content.
• —Premium Skills: Pre-built OpenClaw skill packs sold individually or as bundles. Pricing is shown at checkout. Each pack is a digital download delivered immediately upon purchase.
• —Done For You: A custom automation build service. Pricing, scope, and deliverables are agreed upon separately in a service agreement prior to work commencing.

Workshop ($19): We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us at support@operatorvault.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Premium Skills: Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a skill pack has been delivered and accessed. If you experience a technical issue with a download, contact us and we will make it right.

Done For You: Refund terms are governed by the individual service agreement signed before work begins.

The automations, workflows, strategies, and methods discussed on this website have been personally developed, tested, and used by the founder of The Operator Vault. Many have also been applied and validated by members of the Operator Vault community across a range of real-world business contexts.

However, individual results will vary. The success of any automation depends on factors outside our control, including but not limited to: your technical environment, the tools and software you use, the quality of your setup, the time you invest, and how you apply what you learn.

Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of specific outcomes — including but not limited to income, time savings, revenue growth, or business results.
